Closest "Finish Line" gap between the 1st and 2nd

I've just been really curious as to the finishes of each season and how close they REALLY were. #1 - Season 2 (given) #2 - Season 6 (if going by interviews with Kristy and Bolo who said that Kris/Jon...

Re: Closest "Finish Line" gap between the 1st and 2nd

TAR9 was probably pretty close too, since BJ & Tyler were actually 2nd to E/J and only passed them in the flag-challenge.

I've heard some conflicting things about TAR6, though Wikipedia says it was less than a minute.

Yeah TAR9 I'm purely guessing would have been about 10-15 minutes gap because Eric and Jeremy are idiots. Hell I wouldn't have been surprised if Ray and Yolanda passed them.

Re: Closest "Finish Line" gap between the 1st and 2nd

Without those five, we have six seasons left. The difference in TAR1 was one train car, so it couldn't have been more than twenty minutes, I'd say. TAR4 could've had a BIG difference. If I remember...

Re: Closest "Finish Line" gap between the 1st and 2nd

I remembered some post-race interview thingy with Uchenna & Joyce mentioning that the finale was editted in a way that it apparently looks like Romber was only a couple of minutes from U/J at the...

Re: Closest "Finish Line" gap between the 1st and 2nd

Season 1 was around 20 minutes probably because of the 20 min difference between cars. Season 2 was really close (given). Season 3 was really close (2 minutes, according to Ian). Season 4 is unknown,...

Re: Closest "Finish Line" gap between the 1st and 2nd

I've heard Kelly/Jon were 10 minutes or less behind Reichen/Chimp. Meaning TAR5 and TAR7 had the biggest difference between 1st and 2nd (ironic given they are two of the weakest winners).

Re: Closest "Finish Line" gap between the 1st and 2nd

TAR 5 - I heard 10-15 mins? TAR 6 - I heard that Kris/Jon were not very far behind AT ALL, and had they been a little bit faster, they would have been able to beat the train, which ended up setting...

Re: Closest "Finish Line" gap between the 1st and 2nd

Yeah my mistake, Kris and Jon were about 30-60 seconds behind the Racist and her boyfriend at the tracks. So that means if the bloody train didn't come, they would've lost by about 1-2 minutes. Which...

you've got to consider the fact they got to give the first place time for an edit for Phil to announce their winners and for a quick interview. Lets say Uchenna and Joyce got there... Im sure Rob and...

Re: Closest "Finish Line" gap between the 1st and 2nd

I did hear somewhere that U/J were about 40-45 minutes in front of Romber, but have to check with that again. Still, how bloody long does it take to find a cigar shop. Lame lame task anyhoo.
